On the day of your service, we’ll send a friendly text to let you know we’re on our way. After the service, we’ll send you a picture of the securely closed gate before we leave. All droppings are scooped, bagged in garbage bags, double-bagged, and placed in the trash bin.

Yes, we offer many payment options for your convenience – including all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Cash App, and Link. Our payment processor is Stripe. When it comes to the payment setup process, we will provide you with a secure Stripe payment link where you can select your payment preference.
Sure! A typical visit looks like this:
- We send you a friendly text to let you know we are on the way.
- We arrive on your property, and get to work – we consolidate the waste in garbage bag(s), double-bag, and then dump the garbage bag(s) in your garbage receptacle.
- We send you a picture of the secured gate before we leave!
No, there’s no lock-in contracts. We just have a service agreement that allows us to enter your yard. We’re a small local business. All our service plans come with free cancellation at any time — no commitments, no penalties, and a money-back guarantee.

Simply let us know by text message, e-mail, contact form, or by calling us. We’ll do our best to accommodate you, considering factors like staff availability, planned routes, and advance notice. Really, as long as you let us know the day before, we should be able to easily accommodate.
Yes! However, “Skipping” a week does not always mean skipping a payment because the same amount of pet waste will accumulate in that time frame. There are different solutions that we can present based on the situation. Simply let us know by text, e-mail, contact form, or by calling us. For example, we will try our best to work with you around pausing payments if you notify us in advance that you will be out of town and that you will not be leaving any pets on your property. In other situations, we could change the service plan frequency or reschedule the service.
No, you don’t need to be home for service. Your valet may contact you during the initial cleanup if they have any questions.
We’ll eventually ask you to provide your payment information through a secure form. Billing is based on your service plan. Service may be suspended for non-payment.
Wildlife poop removal isn’t included in our standard plans, but we’re happy to help! If you need services for wildlife like rabbits, deer, or geese waste, just let us know when booking!
Yes, we love meeting other dogs. However, if your dog is not good with strangers, or has shown signs of aggression, we ask that you leave your dogs inside. Ensuring the safety of our team is a top priority.
If your dog(s) are aggressive towards our team, we will attempt to contact you by knocking on the door, or calling. If you are unable to restrain/confine, we will skip your yard, and pick up the additional waste in your next visit.
Your dog can stay in the yard if they’re friendly with strangers and won’t pose any safety issues for our staff.
Pawsh Valets™ will clean any areas of your property with dog waste, including front, back, and side yards, flower beds, dog runs, etc. Some clients with large yards choose to exclude certain areas to reduce cost (i.e. include the areas closest to their house). We will work with you during the service agreement phase.
We don’t work on federal holidays, but we reschedule services that fall on federal holidays in advance (typically for the next day).
We scoop your dog’s poop in all weather – winter, spring, summer and fall. We work when there is light rain. In the case of extreme weather (for example, thunderstorms, snow, freezing rain, ice, and so forth) that may pose a threat to our staff’s safety, we may need to skip your service day.
When severe weather arises, anyone with a scheduled service will receive a phone call, text, and/or email (based on your notification preference at sign-up). If you have any questions or concerns about your service status, please feel free to reach out!
Valets will work to reschedule your service for later in the same week. If this happens, you’ll receive a notification with the new service date. Sometimes we are not able to reschedule for the same week, such as if weather conditions persist and delay service. In this case, your regular schedule will resume the following week. We provide partial credits for a missed visit or week. The credit is not a full credit as we expect to pick up more waste the following visit (the same amount of waste will accumulate). For example, let’s say that you typically pay $19 per visit as part of a once a week plan. And a bi-weekly plan for your house would cost $29 per visit. A snowstorm causes us to cancel one of your visits and we’re not able to reschedule. At the end of that week, we’ll provide a partial refund such that you only pay $29 in total for the missed week and following week.
Valets need to have full access to yards in order to provide efficient service. We ask all customers to make sure gates are easily accessible during service dates / times. If we are unable to gain access to your yard because the gate has been locked you will still be charged, however, we will pick up the extra waste in your next visit.
